1. Service Agreement: Clarity Events Pro provides event planning and management services as outlined in individual client contracts. All services are subject to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due 30 days prior to the event date. Late payments may result in additional fees.

3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60+ days before the event receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made 30-59 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

5. Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We recommend clients obtain appropriate event insurance.

6. Intellectual Property: All event concepts, designs, and planning materials remain the intellectual property of Clarity Events Pro unless otherwise agreed in writing.
